Today, Effei has invest in dedicate equipment for this special material, infact, particular numeric control, V-scoring machine for cut and dedicate Hi-Pot test for check breakdown voltage of dielectric substrate are today in factory.

We can do the electric test follow up the customer procedure and specification.

Aluminium substrate: thickness 1-1,6-2-3,2mm
Dielettric thickness 70-80-150 microns 
copper: thickness 35-70-105 microns
